To register and use w6j, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. w6j strictly prohibits use by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and any funds held within the account will be subject to review.
• You are accessing w6j on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are not acting as an agent, broker, or intermediary for any other person in connection with any bet or game played on w6j.
• You are not a current employee of w6j, nor an immediate family member of any w6j employee. Employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding or using a player account.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of w6j is lawful in your location. w6j makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

w6j reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by w6j may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account. This process is conducted in accordance with applicable KYC obligations and is designed to protect both the Platform and its players from fraud and identity theft.

To open a w6j account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. The following information is required:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, transaction confirmations, and security alerts. It must not be a number registered to another person or a temporary/virtual number.
• A secure password of your choosing. Passwords must meet the minimum complexity requirements displayed at registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share it with any third party.
• Your date of birth, which will be used to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one w6j account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If w6j discovers that a player has opened multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, any bonus funds held across the accounts will be voided, and w6j reserves the right to retain any deposited funds where there is evidence of deliberate circumvention of this rule. If you have forgotten your login details, please use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.

You are required to ensure that all information held on your w6j account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, name, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. w6j will not be liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including any failed withdrawal where the registered payment details are outdated or incorrect.

w6j accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100. Deposits are credited to your w6j balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from bKash.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100. Nagad deposits follow the same processing timeline as bKash. Ensure you use the correct w6j payment reference when initiating the transfer.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳100. Dutch-Bangla Bank's Rocket mobile banking service is fully supported. Deposits not received within 30 minutes should be reported to [email protected] with the transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. w6j processes all withdrawals in BDT directly to the verified payment method on your account:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification includes confirming your identity, age, and the ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being voided.
• w6j reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal player activity. Such checks may temporarily delay processing but are conducted solely for the protection of the player and the integrity of the platform.

w6j offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes abuse and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts.

w6j actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, and the use of automated software or bots to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in promotional abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds voided, and any winnings derived from abusive play forfeited. w6j's determination of what constitutes promotional abuse is final.

w6j is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following player protection tools accessible directly within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders — configure the platform to notify you at set intervals during a play session, helping you monitor how long you have been playing without interruption.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request. During a self-exclusion period, w6j will not send you any promotional communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on w6j. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the w6j platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to coordinating bets at live casino tables, sharing hole-card information, or engaging in chip dumping.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, including using another person's bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account to fund your w6j balance. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds, using w6j as a mechanism to move funds between parties, or converting illicit funds through gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the w6j platform, games, or infrastructure for any purpose, including to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt services for other users.

All content on the w6j platform — including but not limited to the w6j brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to w6j and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any w6j content without the express prior written consent of w6j. Unauthorised use of w6j intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w6j shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the w6j platform, even if w6j has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the w6j service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond w6j's reasonable control including internet service disruptions, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or other content displayed on the w6j platform. All odds and game information are provided for entertainment purposes and w6j does not warrant their accuracy or completeness at any given moment.

w6j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where w6j has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive conduct, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Where the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested by w6j, or where documentation provided during verification is found to be false, altered, or belonging to another person.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose w6j to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, including where w6j receives a lawful request from a competent authority to suspend or terminate an account.

w6j reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w6j will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the w6j website or by notification to your registered contact details prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of w6j following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using w6j and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

In the event of any dispute arising between you and w6j in connection with these Terms or the use of the w6j platform, you should first contact w6j's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any relevant evidence. w6j will endeavour to resolve all complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. w6j's decision on any dispute relating to gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status shall be final once all available internal review processes have been exhausted.
